"Equal pay for moms"? I don't understand. If they produce the same output then its already illegal to pay them less then a man.
It's code language for "the company will subsidize my life choices." Why single out mothers? Why not fathers, as well? I say this as I have essentially given up my career to homeschool my two kids and make sure they get an actual education (unlike that provided by horrible public schooling). Sure, it would be nice for an employer to be forced to pay for that, but I don't expect it.

We can't get everything we want in life.

To be fair there is a history of women who have kids not progressing (pay scales) as fast as men or childfree women. But seriously, girls who Code?
I'm done at Girls who Code. What's next? Boys who do the dishes? So condescending.
