Ask HN: Is it possible to make JotForms look sleek?

I'm building a website and a Jotform form is one of the main components. But the form just looks so ugly. I thought about hiring someone to pretty it up, but I didn't see any promising talent on Fiverr or Upwork. Also the payment page is maybe the ugliest. Ideas?
