Wow, that's all pretty damning evidence, even if circumstantial. And his testimony that he was in all of the other videos, just not the one where he kills someone is pretty flimsy. If I was on a jury, I would vote to convict. But it's unlikely this man will ever face consequences.

The footage was released by the Russians in their telegram accounts and spread on their social media. Of them torturing and dehumanizing and then killing a POW. Precisely to dehumanize the Ukrainians. This article just identifies the perpetrator of that. Your suggestion makes absolutely no sense.
