That’s like calling it xenophobic to refuse to travel to Somalia, pointing to an article about some random violent incident in USA and saying there’s violence everywhere.
Chinese paper mills is on a completely different level, and heightened scepticism is absolutely warranted. Yeah, it’s a bit much to ignore all research from China but I totally understand where the reaction is coming from.
