Before that, you need to know what I mean by productive. I believe going to the gym is productive also believe studying a different language that can be helpful for me in the future is productive. It’s just about what I put on my calendar and need to get done for the day.
"Just don't play videogames or consoom non-educational media, also don't use your phone at night", seems to cover 99% of mental fatigue/procrastination issues.
"I have made the conscious decision to do nothing but 3 things with very rare exceptions such as meeting friends, which I luckily do not have many of."
Not sure if it was meant as a joke or maybe even positively as in "I don't have a lot of friends but the ones I have are good friends" but it read to me like self deprecating humor or an actual genuine statement.
In both of the latter cases it seems to hide something unhealthy. If I was the author I wouldn't overlook having made this statement so casually.

If you're trying to shut out the world in order to achieve some massive technical or artistic feat, then sure, actively avoid everyone.
But if you're not? You're trying to be healthy and make money and gain skills... in order to do what? Be fit and speak French to yourself in the mirror while sitting on a pile of money?
I get it, not everyone wants to be around people all the time. Plenty of us cherish our alone time. But... it seems like social connection should be somewhere within the sphere of essential priorities. I fear that someone following this self-improvement guide to a letter would find that they improve themselves in several ways, only to find themselves very lonely after having ignored their friends and family for years in order to grind and "focus".
OP, every single one of your submissions is a blog post of your own, and every single one of your comments is a non sequitur on one of those submissions, apparently in an attempt to boost it. Get that kind of drivel off HN.
Also, this particular article
is nearly 100% insight-free, rehashed, productivity influencer pablum.
>I have made the conscious decision to do nothing but 3 things
>1. My health
>2. Studying
>3. My business
This feels like satire... if your circumstances allow you to do only those three things, I'm not sure you need to write a "How I boosted my productivity" post.
Separately, I used to belong to a website called Metafilter which had a hard rule for the main area - nothing you were associated with. It was called "Pepsi Blue-ing". It was banworthy.
It wouldn't be a bad idea for here, aside from Show HN.
