That's a bit of a stretch. People already complained about this before SD was released and then the model turned out to be between 1.7 and 4 GB depending on postprocessing and somehow that is supposed to hold the 2.3 billion "stolen images" it was trained on

Ok then go remake it with 4gb of stolen content instead of stealing 2.3 billion images.
