What is going on in Spain and Norway?
Spain is dominated by Telefonica who don't give a shit. Wierd because in their huge Latam subsidiaries they do heaps of ipv6 and the Spanish head office approves their Capex.

Norway is fine. What's the problem?

Not in the APNIC measurement. It's 35%. Maybe opera and/or telemor doesn't like doing ipv6 with Google. Apnics figure is fed from ads but the ipv6 test is in linode/akamai

Akamai's stats that they do themselves agree with apnic btw.

Seriously: Google is just wrong sometimes. This is one of those times. They don't see the ipv6, but others do.
