As HN: Ideas on how to split Scrum team 2 points by lambersley 2y ago ↗ HN I have a 'too large' (26) team consisting of front-end, back-end and iOS devs, DevOps, QA, scrum masters and POs all working on single application. I cannot figure out a logical split that makes sense.
