That's not Musk talking, it's the drug talking. The problem is that in the general case, you will not be able to tell which is which.

For real though, I can't think of any other CEO publically stating that they do drugs to benefit investors without effectively bankrupting their business by the end of the day.

Ketamine opens your mind. You see things in different ways. So I can see how it could be beneficial, especially in his sphere. If he’s overdoing it he’d be talking gibberish and wouldn’t walk straight.
