Ask HN: Hands-On Robotics Book/Course

I'm looking for a hands-on robotics course to learn the basics.

I'm hoping for something that recommends a simulation environment, teaches some of the basic algorithms used in robotics, and provides practical exercises.

I don't have a reference to recommend but, considering your goals, you should probably search for stuff on the ROS2 suite [0].

If you’re fine with only using simulation for now, the Construct[0] has a good amount of practical content on robotics/ROS fundamentals.
