SQLite-on-the-Server Is Misunderstood: Better at Hyper-Scale Than Micro-Scale (rivet.gg)

It feels like half the benefits of sqlite-per-partition listed are also benefits of sharded Postgres/mysql/etc, and the other half are non-obvious and could do with being justified rather than just asserted.
