I realized how much time and context teams lose when someone leaves a role. I joined a job once with basically zero onboarding because the person before me was already gone, and it took months to figure everything out.
So I built SkillPass, a tool that captures empyloyees knowledge before they leave and turns it into a structured onboarding playbook for the next person. No templates, no writing, no chaos.
