B.C. residents baffled as shape floats through night sky (cbc.ca)

That shape seems to be implied to be a ‘circle’ or ‘sphere’, although I can imagine a Triangle or Square object being equally scary.

Actually, now it just sounds like they’re talking about a cloud…

So... a lonely cloud just after sunset? This is always the coolest thing to see when the sun under the horizon illuminates things at high altitude. It happens a lot with rocket launches like this:

Sunrise/sunset. Cloud is still in sunlight. Not a ufo. Just an interesting cloud getting a moment in the spotlight.
