Seems very much like a death cult to me. They've changed policies and taken actions that will drastically increase the number of deaths across the world. e.g. cancelling aid programs, starting wars and trying to increase CO2 levels.
The see it as a useful tool to better...manage the population. As many have observed already, this is just another page taken verbatim from project 2025 and applied by the current US government. "Culling the herd" phase.
