The judge issued the warrant. That takes more than a conspiracy theory. The Judge, Matthew J. Sharbaugh, was appointed by a majority vote the district judges of DC. He was not appointed by Trump. He spent 6 hours going over the request which is a very long time. All indications are he had no reason to just rubber stamp this.
The same Congresswoman was previously investigated by the Biden DOJ in relation to "her finances, campaign spending and interactions with a foreign citizen, according to people with knowledge of the matter."

No, my implication is that this is not the first time that this congressperson has been investigated by the DOJ, and the last time it happened the DOJ was under the control of her own party’s president.

I am no fan of Trump but in order to get the subpoena and warrants, their evidence had to go before a Federal Judge. The administrations track record there is not leaning positive.
Therefore, there is at least some question as to her residency/citizenship validity.
