Paraphrased version, his point of view, some details left out:
A woman at a bar got drunk, he paid the tab and told her to go home. Offered to organize a ride, too.
An hour later, she was still in the building, talking with two guys from shops around there. She asked him to stay repeatedly, the men wanted him to leave. He offers her a taxi/uber/lyft again. At some point he called a near-by officer to clear things up.
Officer identified the situation as him harassing the woman, orders him to leave (while she asks him to stay). At some point he calls 911. More police shows up, who threaten him (who called them) and check him for weapons while pretty much ignoring the other guys.
The two guys claim he was harassing the woman. The barkeeper shows up, wants to tell the police about how he was trying to help here at the bar instead, but gets ignored.
He's quite upset that whatever he is (well educated, with "software engineer" as credentials) and what he's doing (trying to help the woman), police always sees (to quote) "a nigger" in him.
I don't understand why this was posted. We don't know all the sides to the story and frankly it's a private matter that has no business being made public.
