The judge asked for events in the last 10 years. The Seagate event happened in 1993. His irate interviews made him sound questionable, but the interviews refuting samsungs data here are very much on point and concise.
There are a couple of things that cause a lot of pain. One of those is the backup not being from the same iOS version. It will let you restore it to a new device, but then it doesn't complete (ie apps and such). Just…

Title makes it sound like security issues. But really it's just a list of 'improvements' you can make. Fun.
I don't enjoy it either, to me even though some principles are quite different, it seems like a series of mini waterfalls. The other thing is that it seemed to remove any creativity of control from the developers. In…
When I saw this title, I thought "Oh no someone has figured out what plus addressing is" There are already enough people not allowing + in address fields, by pure neglect. Now if we add FUD to that...us geeks who love…
Always great when people think they know how the world works stumble into something they clearly don't understand. And instead of trying to understand it, or admitting they don't get it, they flail around using their…
I'm not arguing what is best for the customer. Just best for Facebook. It's their service an they get to do what they want. It sucks, and I wish it wouldn't happen but it does. I know amazon does this for seller…
Probably for the better, especially if your email/profile are public. It makes sense for Facebook to do this because they want all Communication to go through them. If you want people to connect to you directly, don't…
It looks like they were only held for a couple of hours and released. Not that I think this is right, but they are flying with lots of wires/electronics/batteries.

This is great, signed up now. $15 is a no brainer, $50 gives me pause. Does this mean their funding will drop drastically at first as everyone switches from $50 to $15?
Doesn't appear to be a binary available, only the source. I tried running it from Xcode, but looks like I'm missing some dependencies. I could track them down probably, but will probably just pass on it for now as it…

From his last post I didn't think he'd ever change his tune. It seemed like he had the backing of those in his profession, and he tried to spin it into an us vs. them situation. Unfortunately the facts weren't on his…
Sensationalism. Sure the recent reports are that it is currently disjointed. But we have seen these reports for every prior version of Windows. How Windows 7 was so confusing for consumers, etc. All it's going to take…
This is annoying, but I think using a 16:9 or 16:10 device as a tablet would make it so you could only comfortably use it one way. Not good news if all you do is watch video on it though.
The developer also has the lowest amount of money in the game generally. Anyone can start a hardware company, but it takes a lot of money, time, etc to make money like apple does on things. Apps probably have much much…
Kind of scummy, I didn't know it would be $5 until AFTER I put my sms/email in. I don't think they'll use it, but they could potentially gather interest lists this way. Edit: To be clear, it states that it's $5 on the…
