I did it before for weight loss, it worked amazingly, but the weight came back on just as easily. It would have to be a permanent lifestyle change, and I'm not convinced that's safe.

IMO Brave is the best Android browser. Blocks ads by default and performs much better than Firefox.
I did switch to Firefox and then they broke all extensions so I switched back. Chrome just works better.
"update the app" is the sum of the advice? how about telling us how to check if this exploit was used, how to remove the spyware, etc?

At my school (UK) we had 2 main sources - the teacher, and the textbook. Niether were primary. Students used the internet a lot, and Encarta (lol), and were constantly getting grief from teachers for doing so.
I know that I am right, because all the credible facts support me. By definition, any facts contrary to what I believe are not credible. Therefore, all the credible facts support me. Therefore, I am right.
They can just put a quote in a headline and people will click on it. Whether the truth was spoken is irrelevant to their bottom line.
