This game is fantastic, it seems that Japanese train arcade / sims are having a renaissance at the moment. It works brilliantly with the Zuiki Mascon controller.
That's a good thing.
That's correct, last time I was there they had those games. Zenius: https://zenius-i-vanisher.com/v5.2/arcade.php?id=2701#games has a list of the games, please bare in mind that this is a community driven database.
There's Sega Rally 2 and Dirt Dash which both have motion cabinets.
You could always put it on a bracelet
Sapporo's one stretches for a good mile in a straight line. Quite convenient when going from the entertainment district to the train station with a suitcase in heavy snow.
Exit 8 game is great, there is also a game called Platform 8 which is a similar thing, but in a train. There is also an Exit 8 movie releasing in a few days.

My bad. My brain somehow joined the parent conversation above and thought you said Sydney to Canberra!
Can always hang out at Big Echo if they're open until the early hours. Most I know are usually open until 5am!
No ubers in Japan. Well that's a lie. There is uber, but it only calls regular taxis. Taxis are very expensive in Japan.
They do a lot of nighttime maintenance work. It's very difficult to shut down train lines in the daytime considering the massive ridership
Lots of public bathrooms don't have hand dryers for some reason. So I assume they don't want wet hands? Although even in toilets with hand dryers, I've seen many Japanese not dry their hands after washing!
It takes 8hrs to do a 300km journey? Google says the train is only 4hrs!
I interviewed for a UK company that said 5 days in-office was a hard requirement. I politely declined and the interview ended shortly thereafter! Seems like a massive time waste for no benefit. I go to the office 1-2x a…

Knew I wouldn't have to scroll far to find the link to this video. I'm genuinely worried for the future if we keep going down this path. And all the hard work by urbanists will be undone. NJB radicalised me, in the best…
