As a kid trying to learn how to program HyperCard helped me a lot. I think if I tried to do that today I would either go for web technologies or SwiftUI so I guess I probably wouldn't choose an all in one environment.
I'm just trying to keep a frame of mind that there are new problems to solve and bigger problems can be solved by smaller teams of people.

Yeah this seems to make sense. You should have a CTO and CPO is also logical. If your startup is growing fast you should be changing the structure regularly and be ready to adapt to the change.
