I work in the healthcare industry. Our hospitals have a line with the CDC, and are getting updated with live data. A public-facing website isn't the primary way of disseminating this data.
In what way is this incompetent? They can only update when the data is confirmed. Once daily seems reasonable to me.
Pretty difficult to pass that off as crab, if they come still in the shell, like I've seen at every buffet I've been to. Granted, I haven't been to a buffet in over a decade. They seem to have died out entirely near me.
