I love Clojure and CLJS but unless you're already familiar with those ecosystem I'd not recommend them for a solo dev starting a new project.

I've heard good things from folk who use logseq. Personally I use org-roam for Emacs which meats me needs and let's me stay happily stay in one application.
If those are the metrics we should be using the Indian flag.
