One personal Mac I use daily. One work laptop, also a Mac. One iPad I basically never use. One ChromeBook I literally never use, think it has a broken screen.
This is how many (most?) teams develop at...Amazon. It definitely scales to large teams and large (1000TPS) projects.

Well it's not Amazon. I genuinely feel that we've got a great doc writing culture. We obviously write a ton of docs but only when we need to. Personally I code 60% of the time as an IC L5 (software engineer)

Scuba Diving - it's great, everyone should try it. Although it's fairly expensive as hobbies go. Equalise early and often!

As much as everyone hates on Amazon, no manager can block a internal transfer, maximum they can do is keep you for 4 weeks (with a very, very good reason). The average tenure on many, many teams is 6 months. Does help…
