Garriott is a crypto bro, all in on genAI and (IMO) has done nothing noteworthy since selling off the IP. I wouldn't get your hopes up
You're in the minority for Veilguard but Inquisition is their highest selling entry in the series

Also people who want as much of the bloat and cruft cut out as humanly possible. I've been using W10 LTSC for years now as a daily driver, runs all of my games and apps no problem.
