I'm curious which devices did you need to replace the port on? I've had to replace a few cables, but have never had issues with USB-C sockets.
It's interesting how different people's perception of what is ancient or not. From the title I was assuming something around about 0 BCE, but it turns out to be a 17th century factory.
Why not? I'm a Flutter dev, and this might actually be useful for me.
Wearing sunglasses apparently helps. You just need to make sure they have a proper UV rating, a lot of the cheap ones you get online don't do a good job of blocking UV.
I get that too. I was wondering if it was just me.
It was Bush who signed the bailout bill, not Obama.
Developers getting paid better is a good thing, surely?
I don't think they're referring at all to any similarities in how they're produced. It's more to do with similarities in the consequences of not have any local supply in times of emergency.

I was at Uni in Australia well before Oracle bought Sun. Java was used quite extensively then too.
Not at the operating system level, but there is a Mac app called ScreenMemory which does mostly the same thing. I used to use it as a convenient way to find websites that I had read something about in the recent past…
I'm guessing modern sensors and fly-by-wire systems might at least handle the last part.
> With his multiple endorsements of MAGA Do you have a source for this that I can read up on?
No way you're getting that light weight with metal
Thanks for the info. For those of us not familiar with it, what were the main motivations for building Fuchsia instead of just using Linux?
Interesting. Could you post a link to the dongle?
I'm curious why you're saying it's less hackable? I've written my own little app for my Garmin watch, and I didn't need to get permission from them or pay them anything.
It's the same in Australia as well. I'm a bit shocked that the US doesn't have this.
