At my current job the unlimited PTO has afforded me the ability to take more care of my health compared to previous jobs (with or without unlimited PTO). I’m much more inclined to take sick days and/or mental health…
They’ve convinced me to shut off the GitHub status alerts I get on slack (or at least move them to their own channel that I can ignore).
That still contributes to the bad thing existing.
