I would like to add: - Let senior engineers or architects do coding challenges - Ask stupid questions like "What's the runtime of bubble sort?"

The commonly in informal speech used phrases "that's so gay" or "that person is gay" together with the recommendation of using it as subdomain led me to the clue that the intended use case is to "joke about" or "blame"…
