I use the TotalTerminal addon for the stock terminal for a slide-out-from-the-side terminal that I can leave up and not have get in the way. It's really handy.
I go through about one a year. It sucks. We have school-issued MacBooks at my school, and my charger caught on fire. Tech guy would't replace it until it did, even though I was holding it together with tape. Didn't hurt…

Actually, in safari, you can double-click on a link to highlight it, and the right-click menu has options "Go To Address" and "Go To Address in new tab". Quite useful.
Hey, that last sounds like me. I had books confiscated as a kid in english class because I read too much. This wasn't a big deal, because I always carried at least three, but looking back it's pretty funny.
